1. General
1.1. These Regulations govern the terms of registration, payment, cancellation, refunds, and participation
in courses, workshops, and other educational programs offered by the Institution (hereinafter collectively
referred to as: "the Courses").
1.2. Registering for a Course, participating in it, and paying for it constitute full and informed consent by
the registrant (hereinafter: "the Student") to all provisions of these Regulations.
1.3. These Regulations are phrased in the masculine grammatical gender for convenience only and apply
equally to all genders.
1.4. These Regulations do not derogate from nor replace any statutory provisions. In any case of conflict
between the provisions of these Regulations and a cogent (mandatory) legal provision, the legal provision
shall prevail, and the provisions of these Regulations shall be interpreted in accordance with the law.
2. Definitions
2.1. "Course" – Any track of study, training, workshop, continuing education, study day, or other
educational activity, whether in-person, online (Zoom), or pre-recorded digital, offered by the Institution.
2.2. "Consumer" – As defined under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 (hereinafter: "the Consumer
Protection Law").
2.3. "Remote Sales Transaction" – As defined under the Consumer Protection Law (a transaction executed
via phone, internet, online form, etc., without the joint physical presence of the parties).
2.4. "Registration Fee" – A fixed amount set in advance that is separate from the total tuition fee of the
Course, collected for securing a place, administrative processing, and registration handling.
2.5. "Tuition Fee" – The amount paid for the Course itself, excluding registration fees and auxiliary material
fees, if any.
3. Course Registration and Payment
3.1. Registration for a Course shall be conducted through the means specified by the Institution (online
form, physical form, website, telephone, etc.), and shall be deemed binding upon confirmation of
registration by the Institution.
3.2. The Institution reserves the right to condition admission to a Course upon meeting professional,
medical, or other prerequisite criteria at its sole discretion.
3.3. Tuition fees and registration fees are published by the Institution and may change from time to time.
The binding price is the one communicated to the Student upon registration and approved by them.
3.4. Payment of tuition and registration fees shall be made in accordance with the agreed payment plan
(cash, credit card, bank transfer, check, etc.). Non-compliance with payment schedules may result in
suspension of studies, denial of entry to the course, and withholding of certificates.
3.5. Guarantees and Payment Collateral: A Student who chooses to pay in cash, via bank transfer, or
standing order (direct debit) is required to deposit with the Institution at the time of registration a security
check payable to the Institution for the full amount of the tuition fee (or sign a promissory note for this
amount). The Institution shall be entitled to use and redeem the security check/promissory note
immediately in any case of payment default, cancellation of standing order, or outstanding debt by the
Student, without prior notice.
4. Registration Fee
4.1. The Institution is entitled to collect a registration fee for each Course, in an amount determined from
time to time.
4.2. Registration fees are intended to cover processing, placement, slot reservation, administration, and
preparation costs for the Course.
4.3. Full Payment Obligation and Non-Refundability: Registration fees are non-refundable under any
circumstances (subject to statutory requirements). As of the start date of the Course (first session), no
financial refund of tuition fees shall be granted. The Student undertakes to pay the full tuition fee for the
Course in its entirety, even if they decide to withdraw, be absent, or discontinue their studies for any
reason (including medical, personal, or employment reasons).
4.4. Where the law requires the Institution to refund part of the consideration and collect statutory
cancellation fees only (such as up to 5% or NIS 100, whichever is lower, pursuant to the Consumer
Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010), the registration fee shall be considered,
up to the maximum allowance permitted by law, as the cancellation fee itself. If the registration fee
exceeds the legal statutory cap, the difference shall be refunded to the Student according to law.
5. Statutory Transaction Cancellation and Refunds
5.1. Insofar as the Student is a "Consumer" and the transaction falls under the provisions of the Consumer
Protection Law and/or the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010
(hereinafter: "Cancellation Regulations"), the Student shall have the right to cancel the transaction in
accordance with the law, including regarding cancellation deadlines, method of notice, and maximum
statutory cancellation fees.
5.2. Without derogating from Section 5.1 above, regarding classes and courses as defined in the
Cancellation Regulations – the Consumer may cancel the agreement within 14 days from the date of the
transaction, provided that the cancellation is made at least 14 non-rest days prior to the start date of the
Course, all as stipulated by law from time to time.
5.3. Upon statutory cancellation within the timelines prescribed by law, the Institution shall be entitled to
collect cancellation fees pursuant to the Cancellation Regulations, not exceeding the maximum rate
permitted by law (as of the date of these Regulations – up to 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100,
whichever is lower; subject to future legal updates).
5.4. In any case of cancellation by law, the refund of the remaining balance, minus permitted cancellation
fees, shall be executed within the time period prescribed by law and using the same payment method by
which the transaction was conducted, where feasible, subject to law.
6. Registration Cancellation and Refunds – Beyond Statutory Requirements
6.1. Subject to Section 5 above, in any case where the legal cancellation period has expired, or where the
transaction is not among the transaction types for which a statutory right of cancellation is granted –
6.1.1. Cancellation of registration by the Student shall not entitle them to any refund whatsoever,
neither of tuition fees nor of registration fees.
6.1.2. The Institution is not obligated to bear any damage, loss, or expense arising from the Student's
decision not to participate in, discontinue, or be absent from any part of the Course.
6.2. After the commencement of the Course (the date on which the first session took place, even if the
Student did not attend), and beyond mandatory cancellation rights by law, no financial refund, whether
full or partial, shall be given for cancellation, discontinuation of studies, or non-attendance, for any reason.
6.3. One-Time Make-Up Privilege: A Student who discontinued their studies and has fully settled their
tuition payment for the Course shall be granted a one-time option to complete the Course in the
immediately following cohort only, on a space-available basis and subject to approval by the Institution's
management. Failure to utilize this opportunity in the following cohort shall forfeit this entitlement entirely.
7. Online and Digital Courses
7.1. In recorded digital courses, viewing packages, and content capable of being recorded/copied – once
full access to the Course materials has been granted to the Student, and commencing from the first use
thereof, statutory provisions regarding goods/information capable of being recorded, duplicated, or
reproduced shall apply, insofar as they are categorized as such under the Consumer Protection Law and
Cancellation Regulations.
7.2. Subject to statutory provisions, the Institution may determine that once full access to a digital course
has been opened to the Student, they shall not be entitled to any refund whatsoever, unless the law
explicitly mandates otherwise.
7.3. Transferring usernames/passwords or providing access to content to any third party constitutes a
breach of these Regulations and may result in revocation of course access without refund.
8. Cancellation or Modification of a Course by the Institution
8.1. The opening of a Course is subject to a minimum number of registrants, as determined by the
Institution.
8.2. The Institution reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or alter the location, schedule, lecturer, or
format (in-person/online/hybrid) of a Course, at its sole discretion.
8.3. In the event of Course cancellation by the Institution prior to its commencement, the Student shall
receive a full refund of tuition and registration fees paid for that Course, or the option to enroll in an
equivalent alternative Course, at the Student's choice.
8.4. In the event of Course postponement or material alteration of its format, the Institution may offer the
Student to continue the Course in its new format or receive a refund as determined by the Institution, all
subject to law.
9. Attendance, Exams, and Certificates
9.1. Receiving a certificate of completion/participation is contingent upon satisfying attendance
requirements, completing assignments/exams, and paying tuition in full.
9.2. The Institution may establish a minimum attendance threshold and professional conditions for
receiving a certificate, and may withhold certification for failure to comply, even if full tuition has been
paid.
9.3. Non-issuance of a certificate due to failure to meet professional/attendance criteria shall not entitle
the Student to any financial refund.
10. Health Declaration and Personal Responsibility
10.1. The Student declares that their state of health permits participation in the Course, including
practical modules (hands-on, manipulations, physical exercise, etc.), and that they have provided accurate
and complete information in the health questionnaire.
10.2. Failure to disclose relevant medical information, or providing partial or inaccurate information, is the
sole responsibility of the Student, and the Institution shall bear no liability for any damages arising
therefrom.
10.3. The Student undertakes to comply with instructors' directives, refrain from practices unsuitable for
their health condition, and notify the instructor of any pain, limitation, or worsening of their condition.
11. Copyright and Intellectual Property
11.1. All study materials, presentations, photographs, recordings, documents, worksheets, and
accompanying materials are the exclusive property of the Institution and/or the instructors. Copying,
distributing, photographing, recording, or transferring them to third parties without prior explicit written
permission from the Institution is strictly prohibited.
11.2. Violation of this section may constitute grounds for civil litigation and immediate termination of
course participation without refund.
12. Miscellaneous
12.1. The Institution may update these Regulations from time to time. The binding version is the latest
version published on the Institution's website and/or provided to the Student at registration.
12.2. Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Regulations and/or the engagement
between the Student and the Institution shall rest with the competent courts in the Central / Tel Aviv-Yafo
District.
12.3. Section headings are for convenience only and shall not be used for interpretation.
12.4. Agreement to Regulations: Failure to read or review these Regulations does not release the
Student from their commitments or financial obligations signed upon online, digital, or physical
registration. Signing or confirming the registration form constitutes conclusive evidence of full agreement
to all terms of these Regulations.
13. Terms for Clinic Appointments and Cancellations
13.1. Appointment Slot Deposit: Booking a treatment at the clinic is conditional upon paying an
advance deposit of NIS 100. This deposit constitutes an appointment reservation fee and is non-
refundable under any circumstances (including early cancellation). The deposit amount shall be deducted
from the total treatment cost upon the patient's arrival.
13.2. Cancellation and No-Show Policy: Canceling, rescheduling, or modifying an appointment must be
done at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. In the event of cancellation/rescheduling with less than
48 hours' notice prior to the appointment, or in case of a "No-Show", the patient's credit card shall be
charged for the FULL amount of the treatment. The charge shall be executed automatically by the clinic
without requiring further advance notice, and the patient agrees to this in advance and confirms that this
amount constitutes agreed-upon liquidated damages for loss of working hour and clinic resources.
13.3. Tardiness: Arriving late for an appointment shall be deducted from the scheduled treatment
duration, without extending the treatment session and without any reduction in its full price.
